Change of Mind
Customers are able to return their items within 20 days of receiving the item. Customers will only receive a store credit, when invoice receipt is attached.
Please note that customers will need to pay for the postage, when returning items/item back to Hassana Collections.
Faulty Items
Faulty items will be assessed by our team. If the item is faulty, customers will receive a store credit or the Item may be replaced. If this is the case; please notify us; within 48 hours, via email at

Do you provide International delivery?
At this stage; we do not deliver internationally. However, we do deliver anywhere, within Australia.
How do I return an item?
To return an item, send us an email at hello.hassanacollections@gmail.com. Please attach your order number and we will send you the returns address.
Why has my item not arrived yet?
Due to the increase of deliveries, there is a delay with most courier companies, Australia wide. We will do our best to ship your item as soon as possible; however, please be patient as we are a small team.
How do I track my order?
Once your item is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. From there, you can track your order directly with the courier company.
How can I contact your couriers?
We will be using Australia Post to ship your items. If your item has been shipped and you need to change the address, please contact Australia Post with your tracking number.
What are your delivery options?
We will be offering standard delivery which will arrive between 5-10 working days and express delivery which is delivered between 3-5 days.
What if an item is out of stock?
If there is an item you really want and it happens to be out of stock, please send us a message and we will add your name to the 'Back in Stock' Requests list.
How can I guarantee that I receive an item which is out of stock?
You can ask the team at Hassana Collections for a 'Pre-Order' request via email. This will enable you to order and pay for your item; ensuring that it is in stock and ordered in from the manufacturer.
